Registrations for the Molecular Biology workshops on ‘TA cloning: A simple subcloning strategy’ are now open. These are advanced, paid, hands-on 2-day weekend workshops for college students (B.Sc., M.Sc.), PhD and anyone interested. Experiments include ligating a DNA fragment into a vector using TA cloning, making competent cells, transforming bacterial cells, screening for recombinants using blue-white screening and confirming successful clones by restriction analysis. Certificates will be provided after completion of the workshop. Timing will be from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM on both days.<\/p>\n
