BS-MS
It is the flagship program of the IISERs. The BS-MS programme is for a duration of five years, intended for bright and motivated science students who have passed (10+2) level. The program integrates classroom learning with research and provides ample scope for multidisciplinary interactions.
Integrated PhD
The integrated Ph.D. (i-Ph.D.) programme at IISER Tirupati was initiated in August 2018. It is aimed at highly motivated students who wish to pursue a career in scientific research. Students with an excellent academic record can apply for the i-Ph.D. programme upon completion of a bachelor‘s degree in any branch of science. The course combines curricula for master‘s and doctoral degrees into a single integrated programme blending together course work and research projects.

PhD
The PhD programme at IISER Tirupati was initiated in August 2017. It involves a combination of coursework, teaching assistantship along with a major research component. IISER Tirupati admits students to its doctoral programme in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Earth & Climate Sciences, and associated inter-disciplinary areas of research.
